2. Plans and pricing
Pricing is displayed in INR for India, AED for the UAE, and USD elsewhere. Plans are billed yearly unless otherwise agreed. Promotional offers apply only as stated at purchase.
3. Billing and renewals
Subscriptions renew annually. Renewal details are shared before the next billing date. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate content and ensure you have rights to all materials supplied. You may not use our services for unlawful or infringing purposes.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide. Call Me Famous retains ownership of underlying templates, frameworks, and delivery tools.
6. AI features
AI avatar and chatbot features may use third-party providers and may incur additional usage charges where stated.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or factors outside our control.
8. Cancellation
Contact our care team to request cancellation. Refunds are handled according to terms communicated at purchase and work already delivered.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Call Me Famous is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
